Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Run the shop or department smoothly, open and close safely, and manage the checkout or point-of-sale system.
Design & Quality Control: Create custom arrangements, maintain high standards for flower
Inventory & Purchasing: Order fresh stems, plants, vases, ribbons, and supplies from wholesalers while minimizing waste.
Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor floral designers and customer service clerks.
Sales & Marketing: Plan holiday promotions and build eye-catching floor displays.
Customer Service: Consult with clients on custom orders, weddings, or funerals, and resolve any complaints.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 2 to 3 years of floral design and retail experience.
Artistic Skill: Have an eye for color, balance, and modern design trends.
Plant Knowledge: Understanding of perishing goods, water care, and plant maintenance.
Communication: Friendly, helpful demeanor for client consultations and team leadership.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy buckets of water or product boxes.
