Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $17.75/hr
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $19.25/hr
The Schedule Advantage:
Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule: Work 3 days one week (36 hrs) and 4 days the next (48 hrs).
Work 1/3 fewer days per year than a traditional 5-day work week!

As a Production Associate, you’ll be part of the "Gold Standard" team ensuring every bag is perfect.
Batching & Cooking: Operate multiple electric kettles simultaneously, following exact recipes and measurements.
Quality Control: Inspect and remove any defective products from the packaging line.
Packaging & Palletizing: Assemble displays, package bags, and palletize finished products to specification.
Material Handling: Identify and set up raw materials; operate pallet jacks and electric pallet wrappers.
Safety: Maintain a spotless production area and strictly follow food safety protocols.
Skills:
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Equipment: Comfort using pallet jacks and basic packaging machinery.
Safety First: Comfortable wearing all required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, etc.).
Qualifications:
Physicality: Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Communication: Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a desire to start working immediately.
