Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Duration: 2-3 weeks (Temporary)
Shift: Nights and Weekends (6:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
Responsibilities:
You will work on the property where food is prepared.
Primary duties include:
Assisting in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
Preparing and cooking meals according to established standards.
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work stations to maintain strict hygiene protocols.
Adhering to all safety and attendance standards.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Skills:
Proficiency in high-volume food preparation.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation (ServSafe certification a plus).
Ability to work independently during late-night shifts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience operating industrial kitchen equipment and steam tables.

Qualifications:
Mandatory: Proven professional cooking and food service experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
