Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker) to load, unload, stack, and move products, equipment, or materials.Move goods from receiving docks to storage areas and from storage areas to shipping docks or production lines.Ensure all loads are secure, properly stacked, and accurately placed to prevent damage or accidents.Conduct daily safety checks and basic maintenance (e.g., checking fluid levels, reporting malfunctions) on the forklift and other material handling equipment.Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment to maintain inventory accuracy and complete necessary documentation (e.g., logs, bills of lading, inventory sheets).Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and material handling procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual loading/unloading, order picking, packing, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.Communicate effectively with supervisors, shipping/receiving staff, and team members to coordinate material flow.

Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA-compliant training).Proven experience operating a forklift (e.g., 1+ year experience preferred).Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, safety guidelines, and material handling procedures.Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial reasoning skills.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., counting inventory, weighing goods).Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and identifying product damage or shortages.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., hot/cold warehouse temperatures).
