Spherion Staffing is actively seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join our client's fast-paced agricultural harvest team in Los Molinos, CA. You will play a critical role in keeping the facility moving by transporting bins, staging lots, and supporting receiving and processing operations. This is a seasonal position offering $17.50 - $22.00 per hour (DOE), with high potential to be kept on for full-time, permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate propane and/or electric forklifts in a fast-paced, high-volume agricultural environment.
Load, unload, and transport full and empty wood bins between flatbed trailers, storage areas, and processing lines.
Accurately and safely stack heavy wooden field bins up to multiple levels high.
Perform daily safety inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical or safety issues to supervisors.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area, adhering to all workplace safety and OSHA standards.
Collaborate with dispatch, receiving clerks, and harvest supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in agricultural harvest environments is highly preferred.
Specific experience handling and stacking wooden agricultural bins is strongly preferred.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1 to 4 years of recent forklift operating experience.
Ability to work safely in both outdoor and indoor warehouse conditions, including variable weather.
Flexibility to work various shifts, long hours, and weekends as needed during peak harvest season.
Physical ability to frequently climb on and off the equipment, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
A positive attitude, strong reliability, and commitment to teamwork.
