This is an early morning shift that requires a high degree of scheduling flexibility and a commitment to daily overtime (OT) based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials in both outdoor yard and indoor environments.
Inventory & Staging: Accurately stage materials for shipping, receiving, and production, ensuring all inventory is placed in its designated location.
Environmental Adaptability: Comfortably transition between working outdoors in the yard and working inside a temperature-controlled cold storage unit.
Safety & Compliance: Perform daily pre-operational forklift inspections, report any mechanical issues immediately, and strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Documentation: Verify paperwork, shipping labels, and product codes to ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing loads.
General Warehouse Support: Assist with manual lifting, site cleanliness, and other warehouse duties as assigned by leadership.
Working hours: 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience working in a large-scale distribution center or logistics environment.
Prior experience working in cold storage or outdoor yard environments.
Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of safe equipment operation

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of hands-on sit-down forklift operation experience within the last 18 months.
Must be able to provide a professional reference who can verify your recent forklift experience and safety record.
Ability to work the varied early morning schedule (starting as early as 3:00 AM) and commit to regular overtime.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and inside a cold storage facility.
