We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to support our daily shipping, receiving, and fleet administration. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, and ensuring Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance for driver files. You will also serve as a vital liaison for internal customer support and track all returned goods to ensure accurate inventory close-out for our private fleet.

Responsibilities:
Perform various office and administrative duties for shipping & receiving operations, including database maintenance and miscellaneous reporting.
Handle accurate data entry, record-keeping, and driver invoice check-ins.
Manage filing, sorting, and organizational systems.
Prioritize daily workload with the flexibility to adjust based on real-time operational needs.
Handle sensitive operational data with strict confidentiality.
Support the supervisory team with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Working hours: 3:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Attendance: Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of this role.
Requirements: Willingness to work the required early morning schedule at the designated facility, complete the employment application, and successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years of general office experience required.
Customer Service: 1 year of customer service experience required.
