Responsibilities:
Front-of-House Excellence: Greet guests, manage multi-line phone systems, and provide world-class customer service to every caller and visitor.
Workflow Management: Maintain a high level of organization within the office, ensuring that files, schedules, and common areas are impeccable.
Technical Support: Utilize office software suites (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace) and internal databases to streamline administrative tasks.
Administrative Support: Manage calendar scheduling, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and assist with document preparation with high attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Anticipate office needs and use initiative to resolve minor logistical issues before they become bottlenecks.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office products, calendar management, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience working with office equipment such as printers and scanners are preferred.
