The Front Desk Receptionist provides essential administrative support while managing the lobby area. You will balance a variety of tasks-from handling multi-line phone systems and greeting guests to coordinating deliveries and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidate is a master of multitasking with a "no task too small" attitude.
Responsibilities:
Visitor Management: Greet and announce guests warmly; maintain the visitor log and issue security passes.
Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate departments and taking detailed messages.
Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute daily mail/packages; coordinate outgoing couriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and scanning; help prepare meeting rooms and coordinate catering for office events.
Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area and communal spaces (breakroom, conference rooms) remain tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingualism: Proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage.
Advanced Software: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello) or CRM software.
Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying office needs before they become urgent.
