As our Client's Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the ultimate ambassador for our brand. You'll be the first person our clients and guests see when they walk in, and the friendly voice they hear on the phone. This role is a perfect blend of hospitality, organization, and administrative support.

Welcome & Greet: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and vendors; manage the guest sign-in process and direct them to the appropriate person or room.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information about our services and hours.
Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers; handle outgoing shipments.
Keep Things Shiny: Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen/breakroom.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, data entry, ordering office supplies, and scanning/filing documents.
Safety & Security: Follow security protocols by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle busy moments with grace.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Experience with multi-line phone systems or project management tools is a plus.
Reliability: Excellent punctuality and time-management skills.
