We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious, and metric-driven Entry Level Full Desk Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment life cycle-from prospecting new client accounts to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier talent. Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales: Prospect, cold call, and pitch new clients to expand our client portfolio and secure signed job orders.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using job boards, social media, cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
Placement: Coordinate client interviews, prepare candidates for success, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and manage candidate onboarding.
KPI & Metric Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity key performance indicators, including outbound calls, prospect meetings, job requisitions acquired, candidate interviews, and gross profit targets.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
CRM/ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern recruiting software and candidate databases.
Sourcing Experience: Demonstrated success using boolean search strings, direct sourcing, and passive candidate outreach tactics across social platforms and industry networks.
Contract & Negotiation Experience: Solid understanding of fee structures, contract negotiation, and managing counteroffers or complex candidate offer packages.

Time Management & Pipeline Building Experience: Strong multitasking skills with a proven ability to prioritize urgent requisitions while continuously prospecting for future business.
Cold Calling Experience that has generated new business.
