Standard Schedule: Days; Monday - Friday; must be open to overtime, evenings, and weekends.
Pay $25-34/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Your daily tasks will involve the full lifecycle of glass installation, from planning to final cleanup
-Preparation & Planning: Interpret blueprints to determine specific glass dimensions, colors, and thickness
-Fabrication: Measure, mark, and cut glass or anti-glare film to exact specifications both in the workshop and on-site
-Site Operations: Load, transport, and unload materials; remove broken glass; and fabricate moldings for new installations
-Installation: Operate hoists or cranes with suction cups to safely position heavy glass units
-Quality Control: Ensure the job area is clean and the client is fully satisfied before project completion
-Provide general supervision and guidance to entry-level employees
-Communicate clearly with team members to explain and interpret project information
-Use independent judgment to select the best solutions for complex tasks

Qualifications:
-A minimum of 3+ years working as a professional glazier or commercial glazier
-Certification: A valid glazier certification from the National Glass Association (NGA)
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Demonstrated expertise in glass handling and installation procedures
-A professional appearance and the ability to maintain a calm, effective demeanor in stressful situations
-Must have a valid driver's license
-This position is physically taxing and involves working on active construction sites in all weather conditions
-Must be comfortable and safe working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or man lifts
-High level of precision is required for all measurements and installations
