Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will be anything but boring. You'll be:
Following the Blueprint: Using process method sheets and sales order requests to nail every assembly with precision. You?ll learn exactly what goes where and why it matters.
Hands-On Building: Installing electrical components and general hardware under guidance from experienced team leads, then conducting your own final inspections to ensure everything's perfect.
Performance Tracking: Completing daily performance sheets and hitting efficiency targets that challenge you without burning you out. Plus, you?ll flag any roadblocks so we can solve them together.
Smart Logistics: Staging parts from our organized supermarket system into bins and carts, then delivering them exactly where they're needed.
Mentoring & Teaching: Training newer team members and sharing your growing expertise. Teaching others is one of the best ways to level up your own skills.
Quality Detective Work: Spotting and reporting non-conforming parts or equipment issues before they become bigger problems. Your attention to detail keeps our whole operation running smoothly
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Physical Requirements: You'll need to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally and be comfortable with walking, standing, and some bending. We provide reasonable accommodations when needed.
This position reports to a manufacturing supervisor/master assembler.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of industrial/manufacturing or assembly experience (we'll teach you the rest!)
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination
