Job Description:
As a Grinder you would be finishing products using a hand held grinder. You would also perform quality checks and re-work products that do not meet quality/customer standards.
Responsibilities:
- Grind and finish products to meet quality and customer standards
- Repair welds and imperfections on steel products
- Use hand tools and grinding equipment to remove materials and refine surfaces
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist in trainer other employees
- Assist in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 24 months
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience using a grinder
Physical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
