This position requires weekly travel to job sites within a 5-hour radius of Bryan, TX. The ideal candidate has direct experience operating clearing equipment (such as Jarraff trimmers and high-horsepower mulchers) and standard heavy dirt-moving machinery.
*Must be willing to travel and stay out of town during the workweek. Hotel, breakfast, and dinner will be covered during travel days.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate specialized and heavy equipment for pipeline ROW clearing and road construction.
Site Preparation: Perform land clearing, tree trimming, grading, cut-and-fill, and access road construction to support pipeline infrastructure projects.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company, client, and OSHA/DOT safety guidelines.
Maintenance: Perform thorough daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip equipment inspections (fluids, grease, safety controls) and report routine maintenance needs or repair issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with site superintendents, ground crews, and spotters to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to site specifications.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Operator Qualification (OQ) preferred but not required.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating heavy equipment.
Valid Driver???s License with a Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform manual labor as needed, and lift up to 50 lbs.
