Communication: Coordinate effectively with hospital staff and various departments to meet guest needs.
Brand Standards: Deliver high-level customer service that aligns with the hospital???s professional standards.

Skills:
Industry Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, specifically within a hospital or healthcare setting.
