As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning and keeping facilities in an orderly condition across various areas of the client's premises. We are offering both Day and Evening shifts, with schedules requiring alternating weekends.
We are also specifically seeking an Experienced Floor Technician for day shifts (also alternating weekends). Experience with floor maintenance, buffing, and stripping is a major plus!
Responsibilities:
Routine cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of healthcare spaces and facilities
Operating floor care equipment (for Floor Tech roles)
Responding promptly to routine and urgent cleanup requests across client locations
Adhering to strict safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Precision in cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards in a clinical setting.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and dependability for alternating weekend schedules.
Adaptability: Ability to comfortably transition between different areas and tasks on the client's premises as needed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Clear background check and drug screen
Up-to-date resume showing relevant work history
Prior floor maintenance experience is highly preferred for Floor Tech applicants
