This role is responsible for supporting human resources functions, ensuring accurate employee data management, maintaining compliance with policies, and serving as a resource for employees and managers. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely employee records, including new hires, terminations, job changes, and pay adjustments.
- Audit time and attendance records daily to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Assist with onboarding activities and employee recognition events.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Conduct and document exit interviews, providing feedback to management.
- Represent the company in unemployment claims processes.
- Enter and track employee referral bonuses.
- Provide assistance with password resets and system access issues while maintaining security protocols.
- Respond to employee inquiries by phone, email, and in person, ensuring professional and confidential communication.
- Collaborate with HR team members to provide backup support as needed.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, or Mandarin) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications:
