Spherion Ft. Myers is seeking an LOA / HR Benefits Administrator to join one of North America's fastest-growing private corporation.
Responsibilities:
Leave Administration: Manage the full cycle of employee leaves, including FMLA, ADA, and other temporary disability and accommodation requests.

You'll handle all communication with employees and managers, ensure accurate record-keeping, and manage the return-to-work process.
Benefits Administration: Oversee all aspects of our benefits programs.
This includes managing our HRIS benefits dashboard, processing vendor invoices, administering COBRA, and ensuring compliance with regulations like ACA and HIPAA. You will also play a key role in the annual Open Enrollment process.
Wellness Program: Coordinate and promote our wellness initiatives, acting as the main contact for vendors and partners.
You'll track participation and outcomes to align programs with our company culture and engagement goals.
HRIS & Reporting: Process and audit all benefits and leave transactions in our HRIS system to maintain high data integrity.
You will also generate reports and perform analysis to support process improvements and HR technology upgrades.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical abilities, and a high degree of attention to detail are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in benefits administration, with a understanding of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and other related leave and benefits laws.
