The HR Coordinator serves as the primary engine for daily personnel operations, balancing administrative precision with a people-first approach. You will facilitate the entire employee lifecycle by managing recruitment logistics, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate digital records. By acting as a central point of contact for inquiries, you ensure a seamless experience for staff while supporting the broader HR team in driving organizational culture.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates recruitment and interview process including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews. Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Assists with new-employee background, drug test checks, and I-9 verification and documentation.
- Prepares new-employee packets and handles end-to-end new hire orientation including entering new hire information in Paylocity, onboarding presentation, badges, scheduling safety and quality trainings.
- Assists with processing of paper work for terminations, updating job descriptions, employee memos etc.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Reviews and tracks employee training documents.
- Manages employee recognition program and service awards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred.

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor???s Degree or equivalent expierence
- People skills, confidentiality, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in ADP or similar system and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, apply reasoning to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions, and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- 1-2 years of directly related training and/or experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to travel independently and the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements and other customary regulations and requirements in these environments
