Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job postings, processing applications, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews while advising interview teams on compliant, legal hiring practices.
New Hire Experience: Design and oversee an engaging, comprehensive onboarding process to welcome and integrate new employees.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain precise employee life-cycle records, including formal offer letters, promotion verifications, and separation documents.
Regulatory Compliance: Audit and enforce compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and workplace regulations.
Risk Management: Manage pre-employment background checks, drug screening programs, required labor law postings, unemployment claims, and internal incident reporting.
3. Employee Support & Training
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employee inquiries and advise management/leadership teams on sensitive HR and personnel matters.
Workforce Development: Partner with leadership to implement training programs and development initiatives aimed at employee retention and growth.
Internal Communications: Clearly communicate organizational priorities, policy changes, and benefits updates across all departments.

Qualifications:
-SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR equivalent certification is strictly required.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a closely related field.
-3+ years of progressive Human Resources or management experience.
-Deep, practical knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with advanced organizational capabilities.
-Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
