Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct interviews, coordinate background checks, and lead new hire orientation.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, conduct internal investigations, and advise managers on performance management.
Benefits & Payroll Support: Administer health, wellness, and retirement benefits, process leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA), and support bi-weekly payroll processing.
Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (EEOC, OSHA, FLSA). Maintain up-to-date employee records and handbook policies.
HR Programs & Culture: Assist with performance review cycles, employee appreciation initiatives, and professional development training.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 3???5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
Education: Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws, proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
