Responsibilities:
Strategy & Culture: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
Performance Management: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, safety, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and maintains competitive benefits packages.
Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Certification: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
Data Driven: Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and a track record of using HR metrics to drive decisions.
Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills: A "people person" who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Experience: experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Labor Law: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or Gusto) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
