We are seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and we are 100% open and excited to hire recent college graduates looking to launch their career in Human Resources!
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

In this role, you will work closely with our HR team to keep operations running smoothly. You will get hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from welcoming new hires to supporting benefits and ensuring workplace compliance.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support: Help welcome new team members! Assist with preparing new hire packets, coordinates orientations, and ensure a smooth day-one experience.
Benefits Administration: Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs, helping to distribute materials and answer basic team questions.
Compliance Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate employee files, tracking required training, and ensuring compliance with federal and state workplace regulations.
Recruiting Assistance: Support our hiring efforts by helping to schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. (Prior recruiting experience is a nice bonus)
General HR Admin: Assist with daily administrative tasks, data entry into HR systems, and handling general employee inquiries with confidentiality and care.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Skills: Excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and eager to learn new HR software.
Attitude: A positive, helpful attitude with a high level of integrity and respect for handling confidential information.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a huge plus (graduates fresh out of school are highly encouraged to apply!).
