Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Staffing Support
Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for production, technical, and administrative role
Maintain applicant tracking and candidate communication
Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and training coordination
HR Administration
Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
Process HR forms, status changes, and basic payroll or timekeeping updates
Assist with attendance tracking, PTO requests, and employee inquiries
Support HR compliance tasks, including I?9 verification and policy acknowledgments
Manufacturing & Safety Support
Coordinate with supervisors and shift leads on staffing needs
Assist with safety training documentation and compliance tracking
Help maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
General Office & Employee Support
Provide front line HR support to employees on routine questions
Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and weekly/monthly metrics
Support employee engagement activities and communication initiatives

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of HR or staffing experience
Experience supporting recruiting or high volume hiring
Administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing settings
Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of basic HR compliance (I9, FMLA, OSHA documentation)
English/Spanish a plus
