Responsibilities:
Applicant Support: Review and process employment applications using HR management software, serving as the main point of contact to guide applicants through the process and answer questions.
Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with staffing specialists to coordinate job fairs, recruitment events, and track the overall candidate pipeline.
Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, track job requisitions, and gather documentation for internal or external HR audits and compliance reviews.
Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows.
Administrative Care: Notify candidates of missing application documents, compile files, and handle simple professional correspondence.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
At least one (1) year of experience working in a Human Resources or professional office setting.
Bilingual skills.
Previous experience working within a higher education institution.
Prior experience utilizing Workday software.

Qualifications:
Education: Must possess an Associate???s degree OR a minimum of 60 earned college hours.
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to comfortably navigate computer databases.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
Adaptability & Organization: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation and the willingness to travel locally for recruitment events as needed.
