Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the Hollidaysburg location, managing temporary-to-hire roles in partnership with local staffing agencies as well as direct-hire positions., Oversee and coordinate the new hire onboarding process in collaboration with the Factory General Manager and Human Resources Director to ensure a seamless employee experience., Act as the primary on-site HR resource for employees, addressing questions related to attendance, timekeeping, PTO, benefits, company policies, and workplace concerns., Review, validate, and submit timekeeping data to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing., Maintain comprehensive training records and monitor participation in mandatory and professional development programs., Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations., Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture., Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation, as needed., Contribute to special HR projects and cross-functional initiatives., Provide administrative and office management support to the facility as required.
