We are partnering with a high-growth manufacturing facility that is actively expanding its footprint and launching new production lines. This isn't just about output—it's about creating meaningful local career pathways, building a supportive work culture from the ground up, and directly impacting the local economic landscape.
Manufacturing here is fast-paced, physical, and deeply human. If you thrive in high-tempo, multi-shift operation environments where no two days look alike, you’ll find an energetic, rewarding rhythm here.
The Heart of the Role
This is an active, people-centered role designed for someone who genuinely loves connecting with workforce talent. Our community holds incredible untapped potential, and we view HR as an active mentorship and support function.
You’ll succeed here if you bring deep empathy, exceptional patience, and high energy to everyday workforce development. If your background started in fast-paced agency staffing or high-volume talent sourcing before expanding into broader HR generalist responsibilities, your skills will translate seamlessly to our daily operations.
What You’ll Do
...
High-Volume Talent Sourcing & Retention: Drive recruitment for hourly plant operators, technicians, and floor staff with the urgency, grit, and speed of an agency background.
Workforce Mentorship & Onboarding: Coach new team members through orientation, skills development, and career paths, offering steady guidance and encouragement to ensure long-term retention.
Plant Floor Presence: Maintain strong visibility on the production floor to cultivate trust, resolve interpersonal concerns, and nurture an inclusive, respectful team culture.
HR Operations & Compliance: Manage daily personnel records, HRIS entries, benefit enrollments, and alignment with federal and state employment standards.
Operational Partnership: Collaborate closely with plant leadership to run safety engagement programs, monitor attendance trends, and support continuous improvement across shifts.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Background working within fast-paced, high-volume production or manufacturing environments.
Career Path: Strong foundations in high-volume staffing, agency recruiting, or workforce solutions, paired with generalist HR knowledge.
Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence, unmatched patience, active listening skills, and the vitality needed to keep pace with a dynamic manufacturing floor.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS software, Microsoft Excel, and fundamental state and federal employment guidelines.
If you thrive in high-energy manufacturing environments, care deeply about helping people succeed, and are ready to own the HR function in a growing facility, we want to hear from you. Apply today for a confidential conversation.
