We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused HVAC Installation Helper with hands-on experience supporting lead technicians on residential and commercial installs. Skilled in running line sets, fitting ductwork, staging tools, and assisting with baseline system start-ups across multiple equipment brands. Proven communicator adept at homeowner coordination, job-site upkeep, and accurate daily work order documentation.

Responsibilities:
-Support lead technicians with the installation of various residential and commercial HVAC systems across multiple brands.
-Stage, transport, and retrieve tools, parts, and equipment between service vehicles and work zones.
-Help execute initial system start-ups and baseline operational checks.
-Connect, fit, and secure piping, line sets, ductwork, and low-voltage wiring using standard hand and power tools.
-Coordinate effectively with dispatch, field management, and homeowners to ensure smooth job execution and clear service updates.
-Log accurate daily hours, work orders, and billing invoices.
-Service, clean, and lubricate job-site equipment, tools, and fleet vehicles.
-Keep work sites neat, clear of debris, and ensure service trucks remain organized and fully stocked.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-An equivalent mix of relevant technical education and hands-on trade experience will also be considered.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Minimum of four (4) years of combined trade experience, vocational training, or apprenticeship, including:
-Practical HVAC service or maintenance experience.
- Must be able to submit to a background check and standard drug screening.
