Spherion Gainesville, FL seeks experienced HVAC Technicians (5+ years, EPA Certified, A/C License) for a client in Gainesville, FL.
Position: Direct Hire Opportunity for permanent placement.
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: FT: M-F (7:30AM-10PM). Rotating on-call: F (after 5PM) & Sat (one day/week until 10PM, one weekend/month with backup). Sundays off.

Salary: $20 -$25/hr DOE + Bonuses, PTO, 401K. Benefits available after the qualifying period.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair diverse HVAC systems (AC, heating, ventilation).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
- Propose solutions for equipment problems.
- Conduct regular system inspections.
- Manage parts inventory and ordering.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
- Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA certified.
- 5 to 7 years' experience in new system installation and service troubleshooting.
- Proficient with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and gas line systems.
- Experience with residential and light industrial systems.
