Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Efficiency: Execute routine system checks, including cleaning, adjusting, and part replacement.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve complex HVAC issues using blueprints and advanced diagnostic tools.
- System Analysis: Test and calibrate systems following repairs or maintenance to verify proper functionality.
- Expert Consultation: Advise homeowners on maintenance best practices, energy efficiency, and modern system upgrades.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strictly uphold all federal, state, and local safety regulations and building codes.
- Record Management: Maintain precise documentation of all installations, repairs, and maintenance routines performed.
- Emergency Response: Provide critical support during system breakdowns, especially during extreme weather conditions.
- Professional Growth: Stay current with the latest HVAC technology, smart home integrations, and eco-friendly solutions through continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in utilizing specialized HVAC hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge: Deep mechanical understanding of residential climate control systems and their internal components.
- Problem Solving: Sharp analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail when diagnosing system failures.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively consult with customers and collaborate with team members.
- Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean, insurable driving record.
