Job Summary
We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.

Main Responsibility: Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples, and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.
Collaboration: Adhere to facility procedures, follow production workflows, and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarifications predominantly with center personnel and management.
Compliance: Maintain strict record order and sequence, ensure a clean work environment, and complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Required & Preferred Skills
Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience & Knowledge: Familiarity with PCs and other computer-related products, and a demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy.
Work Style: A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, as well as an acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Education/Certification: Minimum business expertise is required.
