We are looking for people who enjoy helping other people. This position is the first point of contact for inbound customer calls regarding their 401K accounts. This is full-time position with a work schedule between the hours of 7am and 6:30 pm. Schedules are Mon-Fri. Pay is $18 per hour for English speakers and $19.50 for bilingual English / Spanish speakers.

Answer incoming calls
Identify concerns
Resolve issues or transfer to appropriate department
Document each call
Follow up as needed

1 + years of experience in a customer facing role like call center, customer support, account management etc.
