Responsibilities:
Analyze & Optimize: Evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment capacity, material movement, and labor utilization to identify bottlenecks and reduce operational waste.
Establish & Document: Create standard work instructions, production guidelines, and operating procedures to maintain high safety and quality standards.
Design & Configure: Re-engineer workstation layouts, material-flow systems, and assembly configurations using Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
Track & Improve: Monitor plant KPIs like cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to drive data-led continuous improvement.
Collaborate & Support: Partner with cross-functional engineering, production, and quality teams to complete root-cause analyses and support equipment installations.
Train & Mentor: Coach plant operators and floor supervisors on standard work practices, continuous improvement, and new operating methodologies.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Certifications: Active Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related continuous-improvement certification.
Specialized Expertise: Background supporting plant startups, production expansions, or complex equipment installations.
Language: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience within automated, high-volume, or continuous-process operations.
Technical Methodology: Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis frameworks.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, ERP/MRP platforms, simulation software, or manufacturing data tools.
