Pay range for this position is from $16.10 - $21 per hour and this is a temp to hire position!

Responsibilities:
Casting Operations: Monitor casting machine operations, perform die maintenance, handle molten aluminum, and inspect wheels for cosmetic standards.
Melting Operations: Monitor furnace and ladle temperatures, operate spectrometers, prepare and deliver molten aluminum, and clean furnaces.
Inspection and Off-Loading: Inspect wheels for defects, maintain production records, operate equipment, and pack wheels for shipping.
Heat Treating: Monitor heat treat operations, inspect wheels for surface texture, and handle wheels and dividers.
General Responsibilities:
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area (5S).
Meet production targets and work overtime as needed.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Learn and demonstrate new skills.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Ability to lift and handle wheels weighing between 13 to 40 lbs, with an average weight of 26.5 lbs.
-Frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling during shifts.
-Continuous gripping, wrist, and arm movements for up to six hours per shift.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and handle wheels weighing up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift frequently.
Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including heat.
Use of hand tools and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of company service.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to visually inspect products, including color discrimination.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
