Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, performing repairs to restore functionality in a timely manner.
Assist with the installation and relocation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
Collaborate with production teams and management to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
Inspect and test systems to ensure they comply with industry standards and company specifications.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and a basic understanding of computer-controlled machinery.
Knowledge of welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Experience with blueprint and schematic reading.

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven experience in a maintenance or technician role.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various physical positions.
