We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, automated equipment, and high-voltage machinery. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems (up to 480V).
Diagnose and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)???specifically [e.g., Allen-Bradley / Siemens]???and HMI interfaces to resolve automation issues.
Perform routine electrical inspections, preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, and thermal imaging to prevent unexpected equipment failure.
Run conduit, pull wire, and assist with the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and facility upgrades.
Adhere strictly to OSHA, NFPA 70E (Arc Flash), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
Keep detailed records of work orders, repairs, and electrical schematic updates in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Master Electrician License or Commercial Electricians License strongly preferred
NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety Certification.
Experience with robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience using CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Fiix, Maintenance Connection).

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent formal electrical apprenticeship/training.
3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical schematics, line diagrams, and blueprints.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, relays, sensors, and VFDs.
Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic logic.
Proficiency with multimeters, megohmmeters, and electrical diagnostic tools.
