Job Description:

Our Client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mold Processor to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• • Set up, start, and shut down injection molding machines per production requirements
• • Perform mold changes and adjustments as needed
• • Troubleshoot processing issues and ensure machines are operating efficiently
• • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• • Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure production goals are met

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

• • Prior experience with injection molding or similar processing work is preferred

Physical:

• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Skills:

• • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• • Good communication and teamwork skills
• • Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required
