Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Injection Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding presses according to production schedules
- Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
- Perform basic troubleshooting and make machine adjustments as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
- Prior experience operating injection molding machines preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and part specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
