Responsibilities:
Act as a dedicated partner to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, providing expert information on products, services, and company policies.
Research potential accounts and identify "key players" to introduce our solutions and generate new business interest.
Manage the creation of accurate quotations and identify opportunities to provide additional value to the client.
Lead the negotiation of work agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
Stay informed on the Steel Industry landscape, monitoring local competition and business climates to share insights with management.
Participate in team strategy meetings and provide timely, accurate reports on account health and growth progress.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in Steel Manufacturing or Industrial Sales is a significant advantage.
Experience in a proactive account management or business development role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and closing contract negotiations.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate???s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college/technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse personalities and seniority levels.
Ability to calculate figures such as margins, interest, and discounts (basic business math).
A proactive approach to identifying challenges and creating effective solutions for clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
Exceptional work ethic and a commitment to being a dependable team player.
