The Challenge: Become the Southeast's VoIP Expert
You won't just be selling phones; you'll be providing actionable intelligence. Your primary focus will be prospecting mid-to-large businesses and contact centers that are obsessed with operational efficiency. Buyers in this market need more than just a dial tone-they need to know what happens the moment a call comes in.
You will be connecting with decision-makers who are asking:
How quickly are incoming calls being answered?
What is the average call length, and how does it impact productivity?
How long are my customers waiting on hold?
How many transfers are happening, and where are we losing efficiency?
Your job is to show them how our client's VoIP platform provides the transparent data and reliability they need to optimize their entire customer interaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Target and Prospect: Proactively identify and qualify businesses and contact centers in the Southeast region through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social outreach.
Educate and Consult: Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's current communication infrastructure, pain points, and reporting needs.
Solution Selling: Articulate the value of our VoIP solutions, emphasizing features like call analytics, real-time metrics (answer speed, hold times, transfer rates), and seamless scalability.
Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all activities and opportunities, moving leads efficiently through the sales funnel.
Achieve Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for appointments set, qualified leads, and closed sales.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For
Drive: Highly motivated, resilient, and persistent. You view "No" as simply a step closer to "Yes."
Data-Savvy: An appreciation for how operational data drives business decisions. You know how to talk about metrics like SLA, AHT, and Abandon Rate.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work approximately 6-7 hours per day (Part-Time).

What We're Require
Experience: Proven success in an inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B or technology environment (VoIP/SaaS/Telecom experience is a major plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills???you can articulate complex technical concepts simply and persuasively.

Compensation & Work Structure Detail
Base Salary
$35,000 - $40,000 Annually + Commission
Competitive, uncapped commission structure based on performance
OTE - Strong on-target earnings potential well above base
