They will need to be fluent in digital marketing to include email, social media, and aggressively target new business.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or work experience.They should be problem solvers and have good people skills. Specific examples of the skill set we seek are: ???Must be able to Create excel reporting templates (to track quotes, brokers, commissions, benefit elections, etc.) They should be able to use Excel formulas to create pivot tables???Utilize file organization systems ((electronic and paper) (create group and carrier folders) They will be using Dropbox cloud storage and Google Drive???Assist in proposal presentation for employee benefits. ???Must be comfortable talking with insurance professionals on the phone and helping via email.
