What You'll Do
Summary/Objective: You will primarily utilize the phone and electronic communication to interact with a broad scope of new and existing customers. You will develop sales strategies designed to demonstrate product features and benefits to achieve increased profitability.
Essential Functions:
Contact and prospect customers through phone calls, email, mailings, and seminars.
Interpret machine records to provide accurate quoting for OEM replacement parts.
Process customer orders and follow up to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Prospect for new customers to expand the current customer base and increase market share.
Up-sell to field service or in-house repairs.

Required Education and Experience
Education: Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales, sales support, or customer service role.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing sales environment.
