We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help expand our client's base and grow their presence in the local market.

Hourly wage plus commission.

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential business clients in need of their services.

Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers.

Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our solutions.

Collaborate with our team to ensure client needs are met.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruiting is a plus.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Previous Inside Sales experience with proven record of meeting goals.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Reliable transportation for client visits and networking events.

Ability to build rapport and foster long-term business relationships.
