- Work with existing clients with their insurance needs.
- Taking care of clients problems and requests by priority.
- Communicate issues and opportunities to Advisors, routing issues to management.
- Maintain and update client files on the computer, scan documents, keep customer information current.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service and professional office environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be able and willing to get their property and casualty license within 90 days. Company will pay for the cost to get licensed.
- Strong tech skills are required.
- Ability to Multi-task.
- When licensed - be willing to help clients get the coverage they need along with their agent through a consultative advisement approach.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
