• Review and approve IRIS budget amendments and one-time expense requests to ensure they meet program guidelines
• Manage documentation for fair hearings and appeals while remediating background check issues
• Analyze quality assurance findings to identify trends and recommend improvements for program operations
• Provide technical assistance and training to vendors and stakeholders on state and federal rule interpretations
• Collaborate with partners to resolve participant-specific complaints or concerns effectively
• Prepare and present policy-related materials at conferences, seminars, and internal meetings

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of care management principles for adults with disabilities and frail elders
• Understanding of state and federal statutes governing Medical Assistance programs
• Acure analytical skills with a high level of detail orientation
• Experience with person-centered planning and HIPAA confidentiality requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate resolution for difficult feedback
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Wisconsin as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
