Responsibilities:
Preserve and grow your knowledge of Support Center procedures, products and services
Identify operational tasks that can be performed by Support Center personnel
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to resolve escalated incidents, major incidents, and problems
Perform hands-on fixes and request fulfillment at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
Performing preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
Receive, deliver, configure, and personalize peripherals and devices for users
Ability to interpret, improve, and run create PowerShell scripts to automate IT processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Automation: Ability to interpret, improve, and create PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive IT processes.
Escalation Collaboration: Experience working with Subject Matter Experts to resolve major incidents and complex problems.
Infrastructure Tasks: Ability to identify and take on operational tasks that can be shifted to Support Center personnel to streamline efficiency.

Qualifications:
Technical Troubleshooting: Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing hardware, software, and peripheral issues (workstations, printers, devices).
System Knowledge: Experience installing, configuring, and upgrading software, operating systems, and core applications.
User Support: Proven ability to handle service requests, request fulfillment, and desktop-level fixes.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ability to preserve, follow, and grow support center procedures and documentation.
