Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay Rate: $22.90 / hour (Paid Weekly)
Job Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Assignment (Strong potential for long-term placement)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift (No Weekends!)
Available shift windows (8-hour days with a 30-minute lunch):

Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance: Operate industrial floor scrubbers to clean and maintain production floors at least three times per week; manually detail hard-to-reach areas, edges, and walkways.
- Equipment Care: Inspect, clean, and maintain floor scrubbers and related tools to ensure equipment readiness and safe daily operation.
- Waste & Supply Management: Collect, transport, and properly dispose of interior and exterior trash; restock housekeeping supplies and maintain sanitizing stations across the plant.
- Inventory & Cycle Counting: Conduct accurate cycle counts in the storeroom at least two days per week, logging inventory data and reporting variances to management.
- Safety & Support: Identify and report facility or hazard concerns, assist production teams with general housekeeping needs, and uphold strict plant safety standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous janitorial floor buffing/scrubbing experience

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating floor scrubbers or related industrial cleaning machinery is preferred; forklift experience is a strong plus.
- Solid basic math skills and sharp attention to detail for cycle counting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage daily priorities, and follow written and verbal guidelines.
- Clear, reliable communication skills when coordinating with supervisors and team members.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat comfortably throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Operate motorized floor-care machinery safely following on-site training.
- Work comfortably in an active manufacturing facility subject to temperature fluctuations, industrial noise, dust, and lubricants.
