Contract to Hire OR Direct Hire
What You Will Do
Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machinery
Read and interpret job orders, specifications, and material requirements
Perform quality checks on finished laminated rolls to ensure proper adhesion and appearance
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary machine adjustments during production runs
What You Will Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in Machine Operation, preference for printing
Basic math and computer skills
