-Direct, train, organize daily activities, and hold crew members accountable for productivity, workmanship, and jobsite safety.

-Install trees, shrubs, palms, groundcover, sod, mulch, rock, edging, and perform soil preparation, grading, drainage, and basic hardscaping.

-Read landscape, planting, and grading plans to ensure work meets specs; verify materials, quantities, and site conditions before installation.

-Operate and oversee the safe use of tools and heavy equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

-Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, reporting progress, tracking labor/materials, and addressing site issues promptly.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
-Prior experience specifically in a leadership or supervisory role on a landscape crew.

-English/Spanish bilingual communication skills.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in landscape installation, landscape construction, or a related field.

-Ability to manage daily workflow, delegate tasks, and direct field crews effectively.

-Skill in reading and executing landscape, planting, grading, and site layout plans.

-Hands-on knowledge of plant material installation, soil prep, grading, drainage, and landscape construction.

-Safe operation of standard landscaping equipment, hand tools, and machinery.

-Clear communication, problem-solving, and tracking daily labor, equipment, and material needs.

-3+ years of experience in landscape installation/construction, valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and the physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in harsh weather conditions
